Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

We will acknowledge your CV and will either pass onto the hiring manager for feedback or if unsuccessful we'll let you know.   
Stage 2

Review

Once your application has been received and passed to a hiring manager we'll review it in more detail. If you're a potential match for the role we'll schedule an interview with you
Stage 3

Screening Interview

Once we've received your application a member of our team will review it. If you are a potential match, we'll schedule a screening interview call with you to discuss your skills and experiences in more detail. 
Stage 4

Formal Interview

Once we have completed the screening interview we will assess your suitability for the role and off er a 2nd face to face interview. These interviews may be with the department director or with the line manager and will be looking at your suitability for the role in relation to any other potential candidates who make it to this stage. 
Stage 5

Offer made

Congratulations we want to make you an offer for the position!
Once the role has been accepted you will be put onto our on boarding process ready for your start and new career with CHL! 
Stage 6

Hired

Congratulations on your new role!
